Why don’t I see the “Drive-Thru Pick Up!” option at checkout?

The Drive-Thru option will only appear if your cart includes items from the Drive-Thru Collection.

If you’ve added products from other categories (e.g. Home Delivery only), the option will not be available.

Can I mix Drive-Thru items with Home Delivery products?

No, Drive-Thru is separate from our Saturday Home Delivery.

For a smooth experience, please check out Drive-Thru items in a separate order.

What if I already checked out but the option didn’t appear?

That means your cart contained non-eligible items.
You’ll need to place a new order with Drive-Thru Collection products only.

How fast is pick-up?

Most orders are ready within 10 minutes. We’ll message you if slicing delays apply.

How do I tell you I’ve arrived?

Park, then call 0487 500 555 or message Live Chat: “Arrived — silver SUV, order under Kim.”

Can I add items last-minute?

Usually yes if stock allows. Chat us from the car and we’ll confirm.

Which option should I choose at checkout?

If you’re collecting from your car, select Drive-Thru Pick Up (K-Butchery) on the Pick up tab.

Is the Drive-Thru range different from Home Delivery?

Slightly. This range mirrors in-store availability; some items aren’t on the delivery site.

Do you provide ice packs?

We pack for safe travel. For longer drives, simply ask for an ice pack at hand-off.
