Our Wagyu is sourced from Jac Wagyu (NSW) and processed at John Dee (QLD), one of Australia’s largest Halal-certified abattoirs.
We carefully select only well-marbled, high-quality cuts so you can enjoy restaurant-grade Wagyu at home.

Grain feeding ensures consistent marbling, tenderness, and rich flavour — especially for Wagyu and Angus — delivering the best BBQ experience.
How long can I store the meat?

Fresh products can be stored 12–15 days refrigerated (unopened, skin-packed).
Once opened, consume within 2–3 days.
Freezing is also possible and won’t affect quality if done early.
What’s the difference between Fullblood and F1 Wagyu?
What’s the difference between Fullblood and F1 Wagyu?
- Fullblood Wagyu: 100% purebred Wagyu with the highest marbling and rich, buttery flavour.
- F1 Wagyu: 50% Wagyu crossbred with Angus or similar — slightly leaner, more affordable, but still premium.
In short:
Fullblood = ultimate luxury
F1 = everyday premium value

- Sydney Metro: Within 35km of Lakemba (some Campbelltown areas included by location)
- Wollongong: Within 20km of Wollongong Central
You’ll receive an ETA SMS on Friday afternoon, followed by a live update on Saturday morning when delivery starts. Tracking is available.

📍 GMGP Kiosk (Westfield Hurstville) is located in front of Woolworths & ALDI, 3 Cross St, Hurstville NSW 2220
Open Monday–Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Thursday until 9:00 PM, and Sunday 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
